First time Karrie has worked on the project! We cut and deburred the rear spar caps VS-1014 that I previously skipped. Grabbed the Dewalt drill, some cleco clamps, and started drilling per the manual. Ended up with some elongated holes that do not pass QC so time to place an order to Vans. $37 for a new VS rear spar VS-1003 and one rear spar cap VS-1014 plus freight.
