DRILLED out all the rivets in the VS1008, VS1003 rear spar, and VS1017.  ADDED the VS-1014L&R spar caps into the assembly and re-riveted the entire part back together.  There were 4 slightly enlarged holes when the drilling was done.  The “new to the assembly” rear spar caps provided a nice spot for the shop heads to rest making me feel better about the new rivets.  I also riveted the R-1007A/B to the VS-1010 hinge bracket.
