Bob Kosar (EAA74 member and turbine kit helicopter builder) was kind enough to stop by and take a look at my progress.  As I recently discovered that my “coupon” method of countersinking the HS spars is no good I thought I would lean on Bob to learn a little about drilling rivets out.  He told me about taking a set of dimple dies and machining them down so the male die is a pin and the female die is like a cup to give support when removing a drilled rivet with a hand squeezer.  I took a drill bit to a set of Brown Tool dies I had sitting around and found out how hard that steel really is.  A few days later I found in the mailbox a machined set of dies that Bob sent.  Thanks Bob!
