After a few hours of research and a call to Bob Nuckolls (602) 886-3403 from AeroElectric Connection I ordered the parts for the external ground power jack from B&C Specialty Products and Aircraft Spruce.  Bob is a super nice guy and sells a book that happens to have a diagram among others for ground power jacks.  I found an article he wrote back in 2008 that lead me into my conversation with him and order of his 12th edition book.  He does also sell a CD version of the book with PDFs but unfortunately the PDFs are just scanned images of the pages and not searchable.  He is working on the 13th edition of his book (although it is a ways out according to him) that will be an entirely searchable PDF.
