Brief Description:

Wet scuffed with red scotch-brite them primed both the HS-906 rear spar doubler and HS-1003 rear spar before getting started with the rivets.  Riveted the HS-906 in place then all the HS-912 hinge brackets with rivets rolled in wet primer (to help stop galvanic corrosion between the steel brackets/alloy rivets/aluminum spar).  Bolted and torqued the inboard hinge bracket assembly in place.  Used Torque Seal on the nuts.  This 0-75 inch pound torque wrench records the highest torque applied.  The manual recommends to torque to the maximum torque of the wrench in the direction you intend to apply torque (3) times prior to using on your bolts at your desired torque setting.  I did this then used the wrench to toque the bolts to 25 inch pounds each before applying torque check to them.

The blue needle records the highest torque applied and is reset back to zero before the next bolt is torqued.
